Conference Attendees are required to register and are responsible for their own registration fees.
Your official conference registration link will be provided by the Presiding Elder's office. Registration is required for all clergy, delegates, and component leaders.

The host hotel is the Marriott Phoenix Chandler, located at 1600 South Price Road, Chandler, AZ 85225.
A special group rate of $129++ per night has been secured. You must book by August 4, 2026 to receive the group rate — book early, rooms are limited.

This section is for: Invited guests of the Desert Mountain Annual Conference from outside the Conference body.
Outside guests attend at no cost. A separate registration link is required to confirm your attendance.
Your registration link will be provided by the Presiding Elder's office. As an outside guest, there is no registration fee — however, registration is still required to confirm your attendance.

This section is for: First-time attendees and returning observers — church members, family, and community guests who want to experience the conference.
Observers attend at no registration cost. If you choose to dine with the body of the conference, meal fees may apply — details will be noted in your registration link.
