• Component Group Leader submissions — content submitted via email by authorized leaders through the password-protected Leader Portal.
• Payment information — when you register or contribute through our third-party payment processor, Zeffy, payment details are collected and processed directly by Zeffy, not by this site.
• Correspondence — information you provide when you email the conference office directly.

Information collected through this site is used to:

• Process and confirm conference registration, sponsorship, and Dance Ministry participation
• Communicate updates, schedules, and logistical information about the 140th Annual Session
• Coordinate with Component Group Leaders and conference leadership

This site is intended for a general church and conference audience and is not directed at children under 13. Dance Ministry registration is open to all ages; where a minor is registered, we ask that a parent or guardian submit the information on the minor's behalf.
