Prepare Your Email
Use our ready-made email template below — just copy it, fill in your information, and attach any supporting documents you'd like included.
Send It In
Send your completed email to dmac@dmac5thdistrict.com. Your information will be reviewed and added to the website promptly.
What to Include
All groups submit the common items. Include your group-specific items where applicable.
Required — All Groups Information Every Group Should Submit
- Your Full Group Name — Official name as it should appear on the website (e.g., Women's Missionary Society)
- Your Name & Title — The name and title of the leader submitting the information
- Contact Email — A contact email address for your group that attendees can use for questions
- Registration Link — The URL where your group's members can register. Include the exact web address.
- Registration Deadline — The date by which members must register for your sessions
- Session / Meeting Schedule — Dates, times, and locations (room names) for all your group's scheduled sessions during the conference
- Brief Group Description — 2 to 3 sentences describing your group and its role in the conference for those who may be unfamiliar
- Special Announcements — Any special events, luncheons, receptions, or activities your group is hosting during the conference week
